Whether registering as an individual or with a team, you must submit your extended online registration by Wednesday, September 16, 2026.

Select Registration Type - Select your “Registration Type” from the drop-down menu. You can add a donation to your registration. Your generous donation provides basic life necessities to families affected by cancer so they can focus on battling the disease.
Click “Add Registration to Cart.”
Fill out Registration Form - When you add your registration to your cart, you’ll be prompted to fill out your registration form.

You can now link your registration to an existing team.
When you add your registration to your cart, a registration form will pop up and, if you’re registering with an existing team, you can select your team from the “Team Name” drop-down. Be sure to tell your team captain you have registered!
If you have not had a team in the past and you’re forming a new team (10 or more people required), please fill out the online team form here so we can add your new team to online registration.

You may only add 1 individual registration to your cart at a time (as a race registration form is required for each individual race participant).
After adding the registration to your cart and completing the registration form for a given individual, you will remain on this page if you’d like to add another registration to your cart.
When you’re done adding registrations to your cart, click the cart icon to begin the checkout process.

When you pay for registration online, you will receive a confirmation email. You should save the confirmation email and bring it with you upon t-shirt pick-up. If you’ve added a donation to your registration, this, too, will be reflected in the confirmation email for your records.

T-shirt pick-up is at the Dining Conference Room of Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital on Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 5 PM - 7 PM. Park at the back of the hospital and enter through Entrance A. Signs will direct you to the Dining Conference Room. Please note that t-shirt pick-up is only for those who registered during Standard Registration. Those who registered during Extended Registration should pick up their race t-shirts (if available) at the registration tent on race day.

The race is on Sunday, September 20, 2026, 9 AM at Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital. Please arrive early for parking and festivities.
