All you need is a fun name like “Concrete Sneakerz “ and ten or more friends to form a team. You can even form a work team or a team honoring someone special.
If you’ve already formed a team in the past…
Members of your team can register online and select your team when they complete 2025 online registration. When team members add a registration to their carts, a registration form will pop up and, if they’re registering with your team, they can select your team from the “Team Name” drop-down.
If you’re forming a new team…
Please complete the “New Team Form” below.
Then, you will receive an email from us (usually within 2 business days) confirming that your team has been added to the online registration form.
After receiving confirmation from us, share this online registration link with your team members and encourage them to register ASAP!
