Can you believe the race is this Sunday?!

It's slated to be a good one. We have a wonderful group of sponsors, teams, and race participants; and the weather forecast is looking beautiful (at least for now).

Following are some key dates, times, and reminders as we head into the race...

Packet Pick-up:

  • Thursday, September 16, 2021

  • 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

  • Buffalo Wild Wings

  • 5050 Eastpointe Dr, Medina, OH 44256

  • Only team captains and individual registrants are to attend package pickup. Team captains will be picking up packets for their entire team.

  • Anyone who purchased an "Extended Registration" (on or after Sept. 12th) should claim their packet at Sunday's race, not packet pick-up. If this applies to you, your race registration confirmation email will have stated it accordingly.

Race Day:

  • Sunday, September 19, 2021

  • 9:00 AM

  • Cleveland Clinic - Medina Hospital; 1000 E Washington St, Medina, OH 44256

  • Shuttle buses are available to transport participants to and from the hospital from designated parking areas at Foote Rd and Rt 18.

COVID Guidelines & Tips for Enjoying Your Race:

  • Please wear masks on the shuttle buses.

  • Please wear masks on hospital grounds (when not running).

  • Competitive runners should try to line up near the front of the start line.

  • Can't get to the front? No worries. Runners are chipped, so their timing does not begin until they cross the start line.

  • Due to COVID guidelines, there will not be an awards ceremony. However, we'll be posting race winners to our website.

  • A water table will be available on-site near the finish line only. There will not be any water stops on the race routes (again, due to COVID guidelines).

Last but not least…

Thank you, thank you, thank you! We are honored that you have chosen to participate in this year’s "Race with Grace." Your generous sponsorship or participation will fund basic life necessities for families battling cancer so they can focus on battling the disease.
