Thank you for joining us at Race with Grace 2024!
Helping families affected by cancer with basic life necessities…
So they can focus on battling the disease.
Race with Grace was founded by Mike Grace of the Mary Grace Memorial Foundation, a non-profit organization founded in the spring of 2005 to memorialize Mary Grace, Mike’s wife and mother of their three children who lost her battle with breast cancer. The mission of Race with Grace is to provide those who have been affected by cancer with basic life necessities so they can focus on battling the disease. Financial assistance is available to cancer patients or their immediate family members who reside in Medina County, Ohio.
About Mary Grace
On February 1, 2003, Mary Grace, wife and mother of 3 children, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Although she fought valiantly, it was not meant to be, and Mary passed away on January 8, 2005. The Mary Grace Memorial Foundation was founded in the Spring of 2005 to memorialize Mary and to raise money to help other families battling cancer. The original mission of the Mary Grace Foundation lives on through the annual Race with Grace. It is our hope that we can help others like Mary fight as courageously as she did.
About our Board
The Race with Grace board is an all-volunteer board. Each member of the board is personally vested and passionately committed to the mission of providing those who have been affected by cancer with life necessities so they can focus on battling the disease.
About Race with Grace

“I cannot thank [Race with Grace] enough for that moment of relief they gave us, and that stress-free environment in which I was able to continue my treatments, because we really feared losing our home. It’s really amazing what one organization can do to help someone.”
